Message from my teacher

This is to give co-light worksers an idea of how we might all create synergy that results in a multiplier effect. Synergy is when you put several people together and come up with an energy greater than the sum of the energy of the inviduals added together.

The purpose of this email is to begin to articulate structures and protocol from the existing landscape of the vast Inner Dance community for the various individuals and groups around the world to synergize with each other in bringing the gift of Inner Dance healing to the world. This is by no means absolute, and are mere things one might more easily see high up in the air on a plane from Palawan to Manila.

The synergy will be able to support others who wish to access the group process to build on marketing, financial and healing support but retaining its individual energy and identity. Each part of the system will act as independent core systems that will take it upon themselves to be Sources of Energy, self-sustainable and respectful of the planet and those in it.

Status:

Pi and Daniw have been spending the earlier part of 2009 to creating self-sustainability in Palawan and Singapore with occasional work done in Manila.

In the Visayas, Marwin has done the same in Cebu, despite that the Inner Dance presence isn’t as strong in the province as it was in 2008. This is an opportunity to clear the process of blocks on grounding principles and areas where we might be able to synergize the healing work done in other areas in the Visayas and Mindanao. Also in the Visayas, LJ has succeeded in making a difficult yet fruitful move to Bohol and is now thriving as a resident within land we envision to become a self-sustainable community space focused on gardening and healing. We have managed to contribute financial and healing energy to assisting out partner Joe Travero to acquire property there. At the moment, LJ is running simple programs for training local students in meditation, healing, yoga and raw food.

In Palawan, work has been done to create a semi-permanent healing space that can later assist in funding a more permanent and dedicated healing space in Iratag in land owned by Agnes Prieto, which a permanent British partner will be helping to set up. The person in charge of the province at the moment is Chato. Chato is studying different options in tying up the space with a Manila group that can help market the space as a venue for healing and renewal. She has also been able to begin to relate with the community there, beginning with the simple help of sponsorships, providing simple livelihood for the rural neighbors as well as give financial and educative support to the local kids. Right now, she is working again for her former employer, Ditchay Roxas, to become economically viable for helping some kids in the community as well as taking care of herself as she firmly establishes herself in the city. At the moment, Joemar Obejas is being considered as a resident healer (latter part of 2009) as well as another person from Baguio (Devindra who can act as resident healer-in training as well as running artist programs in the space). With chato, he/they will be running programs for the current influx of visitors who come to Bahay Kalipay for healing, art, warriorship (arnis), meditation and raw food. Another resident will be setting up a workspace and living space there, Jenny Cortes, who is very much into woodworking.

In Luzon, we have been studying many different options on creating self-sustainable land which can be developed for healing, planting and renewal. At the moment, Rosanna Escudero is going through the motions of setting up a community space in Bicol which will be tied up with other groups also interested in various technologies and modalities in spirituality, green consciousness and community living. We are considering coming up with more permanent systems integration of the work being done in Manila, tying up with a healing space that can devote regular space and schedules for Inner Dance workshops there. Starting with a retreat we are organizing in Tagaytay with an IT company, we are going to be meeting with a spiritual corporate practitioner who specializes in change integration management, in possibly coming up with programs for corporate accounts. Our Filipino sponsors in Singapore are also much interested in helping with the Bicol community project and are considering helping us to set it up along with the Iratag space in Palawan.

The vision is basically to bring the resonance of this gift in its simpler and more original forms beyond the successful community work already being done in Singapore, to other countries in Asia, America and Europe. The idea is that now that the community spaces and the healing programs are slowly being established in Palawan, Bohol and Bicol, that we are simultaneously beginning to bring the gift abroad. Once the interest spurs people to visit the Philippines, we can do higher level long term training and experiential work in these places, particularly on raw food, community work, organic gardening and simple living.

As LJ in Cebu, Chato in Palawan, Joemar as support for Palawan for now, Marwin in Cebu, Rosie in Manila and Bicol, Lee (Singapore), and Jen (Penang, Malaysia) work on core community processing in the existing work areas mentioned, Pi and Daniw will be traveling to San Francisco with healer Monica Santos, to Hong Kong with Ruby, to Canada with Kreisha Oro, England with Nick Smith, and Elodie Brunet in Paris in order to begin the work there. Once the spaces are readier, starting with the existing programs in Bahay Kalipay in Puerto Prinsesa and Kaliapy Beach in Northern Palawan, and our tieups in Tagaytay and Sagada, we will be redirecting our workshop focus in Bohol and Sagada.

By the early part of next year, we should have been able to train people within the Inner Dance Community for Bohol, Palawan and Bicol to co-run the spaces and to give travel opportunities for Joemar and Marwin in Asia (after a dedicated Singapore Inner Dance Center has been set-up). These two guys are the ones in the Philippines who’ve taken themselves to task in becoming healers and trainers of the Inner Dance energy in its primal form for the past years. Pi and Daniw will be spending more time in the Philippines as support to the spaces being run by LJ, Chato, Rosie in the provinces.

As we've seen the universe do its work, none of these are supposed to be rushed, even though they must be accelerated. There is a mistake in simply looking at these functionally, sometimes making us forget that these things are happening not as a cause, but as an effect of the little creative things we do to pay tribute to the spirit within us all. That we are all doing it at the same time is helping the group process, seemingly unconnectedly, but that's merely how things work. As She through Maui once said, I am you, he is she, you are Us, and so on. The work is done in solitude, and the time comes when we have to work together, while maintaining that solitude. Keep true to the inner work we are all being taught now. What you are going through aren't by chance, they are your specific lessons, and you are meant to be groping around in the dark, later to find the bright spots, not through me, the Inner Dance, any book out there, or any guru who will save you. But by the power of your own free will to do the difficult lightening work with the first energy that comes from your solar plexus, the fire in your belly, your discipline, and your inner warrior.

As you are finding out, these things are happening only when you put your energy into it. Choice plays large part in it. Consider yourself your core energy, with your core principles. Noone is going to take your lead. For these to take fruit, you will have to be creative, determined, and focused on becoming core energy. Source of Life. Create your own programs, people. Be the source of light, backed with the proper energy and discipline to do so. The valuable time given to us to prepare is almost over. The time to work will have to come one time or another. The time to grow up. The time to act what you have always dreamed about but cower when it is right there, right in front of you.

It is called the higher self.

And there is no other time, right Now, but to be it.
