Body : Fruits

I'm reading up on Fruitarianism. I think I am more of a fruitarian than a vegan really. I only eat veggies average twice a week, salad or cooked. My recent trip to Cebu made me realize my eating habit is quite different from most people. For instance, I asked a friend to get us Vegan Pizza and he got one with sea foods. He thought sea food was vegetarian. Hmm.. It's not the first time, I have countless similar stories..

Sometimes it surprises me that people can't believe I can live on coconuts and a handful of bananas everyday. I've been mostly on raw fruit diet for a year now after inner dance thought me to go raw. I read a lot about Raw Food and it make sense to me, our body needs live enzyme and cooking kills the enzyme

For me this fruit lifestyle it's practicality more than anything else.

1) I have more time to do other things rather than cook and wash dishes. This could easily takes 3 hours of my day. (Though I really miss my Kitchen in the city, can't wait to bake cheesecakes when I visit on May!)

2) I save on gas/ electrcicity. You don't need a stove, nor a fridge even! Cheaper for me, more considerate to the planet

3) Its that part of the plant that has the highest light and vibration. Its pure enlightenment that you can smell and taste!

4) it can be eaten raw

A friend mentioned the side effect could be too much sugar on my diet, I still have to read on that and see. For now, Fruitarianism is really the diet that works for me.

I hope I am not sounding egoic or attached to my itt though. Oh believe me I fall too, and when I fall, I fall!! last time in Cebu I had fries and sundaes, halo halo, banana cake and a slice of sea foods pizza!!

Also, I have nothing against meat eaters, most of my friend and family eat meat. I prefer not to see it being wolfed down in front of me though, and will probably request a dining partner to pick the pan-roasted halibut over the rare rib eye, if he can't stick to veggies.

This weekend, ill start planting pappayas, veggies and sprout some seeds. Soon, I want to be able to live off the land, after all it's not called sustainable community for nothing..

I wanna be an Organic Goddess!
